Our driver, Santos, provided me with his immediate contact information after booking online. He reached out within minutes. He confirmed our pickup location and time the day prior to pickup and asked if we needed to adjust our pick up time. The day of, he let us know his arrival time and when he arrived where his location was. The SUV fit all 5 of us plus 8 luggage bags and 5 backpacks comfortably. The car was extremely clean, no signs of smoke or pets. He engaged in conversation about the city. Dropped us off right in front. Highly recommend Santos at AAA Airport SLC Transportation.

Ricardo has been a tremendous partner for me! I spend a lot of time in park city for seasonal work both in the summer and the winter. I needed someone that would show up on time, had a clean car and was a good driver. Ricardo has filled the bill. I’ve probably used him 50 times over the last two or three years. He’s a great communicator and always on time. Makes pick up and drop off stress free at the airport. No need to worry if the weather is bad or your plane is delayed he’s got you. He has new and clean vehicles. I’ve taken other “ mountain limo” services in the past and his prices were better with excellent service.

AAA Transportation was a life-saver for my wife and I. The free shuttle driver we planned on using was still going to be in bed at the ungodly hour of 4:00 a.m.—but we had an early flight, and no way to the airport. No problem for Santos, who arrived wide awake, dressed professionally (not in pajamas like our last Uber driver) and cheerful. He texted us well ahead of time, was there before 4:00 a.m., effortlessly helped us with our too-heavy-for-humans suitcases, drove swiftly and professionally to the airport, arranged to meet us on our return(which he did) and supplied a photo of the door he would be at. Price: A+, Service: A+, Communication: A+, Sincerity: A+, Promptness: A+, Professionalism: A+, Friendliness: A+. So I'm thinking maybe they need to rename to: AAAAAAA Transportation. Santos' approach was such a great, positive start to the trip that in the future we'll dispense with the "laying up to the bed" free shuttle driver and go with the incredibly economically priced, prompt service, and professionalism of AAA Transportation.
